Born in Dayton, Ohio, Katie started drawing at a young age, with their main medium being graphite from a BIC mechanical pencil. They then began animating using basic software on old computers in their mom's computer lab before learning stop-motion animation. Since then, they have been involved in a myriad of creative projects and endeavors, receiving consistent accolades for their stop-motion animated releases.
